“You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” Buddha
The way we are in relationship impacts our entire lives; our inner world, our outer success, our happiness, our health, our heart, our soul.
We are in relationship of one kind or another with everyone we come into contact with; current, past or potential future partner, parent, child, sibling, friend, colleague, neighbour, customer, teacher... And before all of these, we are in relationship with ourselves.
Being in relationship is essential to our survival. And while we may survive, do we also thrive?
This is where we start if we're doing work in this area: how can we approach being in relationship such that we're not just surviving but thriving? How do we develop relationships in which we connect deeply, consciously with others; in which we grow and transform; gifting each other space and intimacy, love and connection? How do we manage conflict without tearing each other apart and taking it personally?
We explore your core beliefs about relationship, the key principles of conscious relationship, masculine and feminine ways of being in relationship, the 'love factor'...
And, fundamentally, we work on loving self; becoming aware how our behaviour impacts others; how we can model the way we want others to treat us; and how, in concentrating on fulfilling our own potential, we attract likeminded people into our lives.
