With different content each time, the ethos of these sessions is always to provide a space for meditation, contemplation, discussion and learning.
I share practices that have helped me calm fear, discover what's important to me and gain clarity on what I'm here to do. There are meditations, readings and music to inspire and expand our imaginations and the attendance is carefully curated to create a safe and open space for exploration and discovery.
People leave feeling rested, restored and balanced; inspired to continue their journey to find their way Home.
