Group Programmes

Speaking & Events

1:1 programmes typically last between 3 to 6 months with 60 minute sessions every week for 3 weeks and then the 4th week off for integration and taking stock.

In between sessions you have access to me via email and the option of a 15 minute call to discuss anything urgent. And I'll be thinking about what we're working on and sending you resources that support, intrigue or simply make you laugh.

I work with small groups and teams on various topics including Mental Fitness*, stress management, conflict resolution, dealing with difficult people, improving performance and relationships.


Doing this work with other people creates a  wonderful community of support and many of the groups stay in contact long after the programme has completed.

I really enjoy talking to groups and organisations about topics such as 'Expectations vs Agreements', 'Victim vs Owner', 'Wanting vs Creating', 'Pleasing vs Serving' or an overview of Mental Fitness* - how it benefits us personally and professionally and how we can start practicing it today.
