Mondays can be difficult and I've noticed that taking some time to slow things down sets me up for a more productive and enjoyable week - a few minutes of quiet contemplation seems to increase clarity and focus and highlight what's important. It might do the same for you.
My intention with these weekly sessions is to lead you through a meditation exercise that calms your mind and gives you space to just be for a moment.
And to share a teaching - something I've found helpful in my own self-exploration - or perhaps an extract from a book that's caught my attention and that takes us out of the everyday and inspires our imaginations.

With different content each time, the ethos of these sessions is always to provide a space for meditation, contemplation, discussion and learning.
I share practices that have helped me calm fear, discover what's important to me and gain clarity on what I'm here to do. There are meditations, readings and music to inspire and expand our imaginations and the attendance is carefully curated to create a safe and open space for exploration and discovery.
People leave feeling rested, restored and balanced; inspired to continue their journey to find their way Home.
